DraftKings DFS Week 16

Yikes. Apologies to those followed my advice last week (along with many others that I listened to). I could only muster up a total of 112 points, well short of the 142 needed to cash last week. Let’s turn it around before the season is over…

Lineup #1 (Sunday/ 12 games)

So I might have a little conflict of interest in this weeks lineup. Many of these picks are from my season long fantasy team which is in the final week of the championship this week. Brees, Kamara, Landry, and Allen all spearhead what will hopefully be a successful week for “Discount Belichick”. My outside value plays will hopefully contribute to successfully cashing in DFS GPP. Mixon practiced twice this week as all indicators show he will get the start this week against the Lions. I like him and LaFell, along with the rest of the Bengals, to “play hard for the skipper” this week as their head coach will be leaving at the end of the season. Walker has been one of the better quality plays at TE all season and Richardson’s value is too good to pass up.

NBA Lineup 12/20

This week I was able to play a half decent lineup and cash in a $1 GPP. Normally I play lower buy in games, but I felt good about this one and rightfully so. A recent strategy that I have tried out recently is stacking from one team. I felt good about the Rockets on Wednesday so I wanted to have as many players as possible. Harden, Ariza, and Tucker were the best plays and all scored 27+. Randolph, Turner, and Payton pushed the lineup the most with less than 10% ownership per. McCollum struggled to score in his game and still ended with 30. Randle was the biggest disappointment, but still a solid lineup nonetheless. (Although I really wanted to get to 300)
